JSC «GM POWERTRAIN UZBEKISTAN»

In October 28, 2008 "Uzavtosanoat" and «General Motors» corporation signed an agreement to establish CJSC JV «GM Powertrain Uzbekistan» - a joint venture for the production of powertrains.

Seats are produced by JV “Uz-Tong Hong Co”, located in Andijan. JV was established in the framework of Localization Program. Before establishment of the enterprise seats were delivered from South Korea.

JV “UzKoje”, producer of electric wiring harnesses for Asaka Automotive Plant’s vehicles, is located in Khanabad, Andijan region and was established in 1999. JSC “Uzavtosanoat” became a founder from Uzbek side and Companies “E-RAE Co. LTD.” and “Koje Ind.
